Baked tofu


  • 250 g tofu
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • A few sprigs of coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Drain the tofu, dry it well and cut it into cubes. 

  2. Step 2

    Crush the garlic, cilantro and parsley together with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix it with a splash of extra-virgin olive oil. 

  3. Step 3

    Place the tofu in the mixture and let it marinate for an hour in the fridge, turning if necessary so that the flavors seep in all over. 

  4. Step 4

    Take the tofu out of the marinade and coat it in the breadcrumbs. 

  5. Step 5

    Bake for half an hour at 200 ºC. Turn it occasionally so that it browns evenly.
