BEETROOT AND WALNUT SALAD
Ingredients
- 4 beetroots, raw
- 2 cups of Borges chopped Nuts
- Borges Garlic Olive Oil
- Salt

Boil the beetroots without removing the skin or the stalk so they do not lose their colour. When they are soft let them cool down. Cut the beetroots into medium-thick slices and dress with olive oil and salt. Mix it with the walnuts.
