The Best Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 3 large, very ripe tomatoes (preferably different varieties: cherry, pear, etc.)
- ½ red onion
- A handful of capers
- 60 g feta
- A few fresh basil leaves
- A few pumps of Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 40 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Step by step

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into different shapes (slices, wedges, halves) and gently place them in a serving dish, trying not to bruise them.

Add the julienned red onion, capers, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh basil (substitute with mint if you’re feeling bold).

Step 3
Spray with Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
