Looking for a healthy snack?
- * 250 g cauliflower
- * 1 spoonful Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- * 1 spoonful sweet paprika
- * 1 lemon
- * 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- * 50 g finely grated walnuts
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Wash the cauliflower and cut into roughly 5 mm slices. Put into a bowl with the olive oil and sweet paprika and leave to marinate.
Grease an oven tray with a little extra-virgin olive oil, arrange the cauliflower on top and bake for about 15 minutes. When it’s done, take the tray out of the oven, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and grated walnuts on top and pop it back into the oven for a few more minutes.
Serve with a dash of lemon juice on top (optional).
