CHEESE AND NUT BALLS
Ingredients
- 200gr grated Cheddar or Gouda cheese
- 50gr de Chopped Borges Walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 spoonfuls of chopped parsley
- ½ spoonfuls of chilli peppers
- Salt
- Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Thoroughly mix the cheese, walnuts, chilli peppers, parsley and egg yolks in a bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix them with the cheese mixture. Season to taste and make balls with the dough. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in batches at high flame until golden (3-4 minutes). Serve hot.
