Cheesy pasta
Ingredients
- 400 g Borges penne
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 50 g mozzarella
- 10 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 300 ml whole milk
- 40 g flour
- 20 g butter
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
- A few leaves of fresh basil

In a saucepan, melt the two cheeses over medium-low heat along with the oil, milk, flour, butter and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce is uniform.

Add to the pasta, mix well, and garnish with some basil leaves.
