Boil the pasta “al dente” adding a drizzle of olive oil. Drain and put it in a large salad bowl. Set aside.
Chop the rest of ingredients (except the anchovies) and add them to the pasta. Dress with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Arrange the anchovies on top.

- 1 small can of tuna
- 1 small can of artichokess
- 1 can of peas
- 2 thick slices of ham (diced)
- Diced cheese
- 8 anchovies
- 3 spoonfuls of Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 spoonfuls of Borges red wine vinegar
- Salt
