Extra Crispy Potatoes


  • 4 tablespoons Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • Small potatoes
  • Parmesan cheese

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash the potatoes and slice them in half. Set the slices in a bowl. 

  2. Step 2

    Season with the remaining ingredients and mix with your hands until the potatoes are evenly coated.

  3. Step 3

    Spread Parmesan cheese all over the base of a baking dish that has been greased with extra-virgin olive oil and place the potatoes upside down. Bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
