Dense Bean Salad

Enjoy this white bean salad: tasty and very healthy!

Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked white beans
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 ml apple cider vinegar Borges
  • 50 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil Borges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl, mix the beans with the onion, diced cucumber, strips of green pepper and halved cherry tomatoes.

  2. Step 2

    In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture. Stir gently to coat all the ingredients completely.

  4. Step 4

    Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
