Dense Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g cooked white beans
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 20 ml apple cider vinegar Borges
- 50 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil Borges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the beans with the onion, diced cucumber, strips of green pepper and halved cherry tomatoes.

In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture. Stir gently to coat all the ingredients completely.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
