  • 500 g salmon
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 200 g red onion
  • 200 carrots

For the mayonnaise:

  • 1 medium egg
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • Salt

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Season the salmon with lime zest and black pepper. Wrap in silver foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the salmon comes apart easily with a fork. Put by. 

  2. Step 2

    To make your own mayonnaise, put the egg, lemon juice, salt and half the extra-virgin olive oil in a blender beaker and start blending by keeping the hand blender at the bottom of the beaker. When the mixture starts to thicken, add the other half of the extra-virgin olive oil and slowly start to raise the hand blender until you get the desired thickness. 

  3. Step 3

    To make the tacos, warm the tortillas in a hot frying pan for a few minutes. Remove and fill with flaked salmon and the carrot and red onion, cut into thin strips. Top off with a dollop of mayonnaise.
