Grilled Scallops with Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 12 cleaned scallops
- A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
For the garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 1 teaspoon Borges extra virgin olive oil
- A little lemon zest

Dry the scallops well with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.

Prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise with the grated garlic, pepper, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon zest and mixing fully.

Heat a frying pan or grill over high heat and add some extra virgin olive oil. Cook the scallops for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown but still juicy on the inside.
