  • 180 ml Borges Natura walnut milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 80 g oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Borges extra virgin olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Mix the walnut milk with the egg, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat everything together to form a light batter. 

  2. Step 2

    Pour a teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil into a pan, add a little of the batter to form a thin pancake. Cook it through, flipping halfway, and repeat until you’ve used all the batter. 

  3. Step 3

    Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings: a teaspoon of honey and a handful of nuts and blueberries, for example. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if you like.
