Penne with smoked salmon and pesto alla Genovese recipe

Ingredients

  • * 400 g penne
  • * 200 g smoked salmon
  • * 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • * 1 jar of Borges Pesto alla Genovese
  • * Borges Extra virgin olive oil
  • * Grated Parmesan cheese

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Boil the penne following the instructions on the packet and then leave to cool.

    Mix together the smoked salmon in small pieces, the halved cherry tomatoes and the Pesto alla Genovese.

    Top off with some flakes of grated Parmesan cheese and a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
