Keto Egg Salad


  • 4 medium eggs
  • 3 cans of tuna in water
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 80 g fresh spinach
  • 70 g sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Boil the eggs and let them cool in the fridge. Cut them into slices. 

  2. Step 2

    In a bowl, mix the eggs with the tuna, the avocado cut into cubes, the fresh spinach, the olives and the spices. 

  3. Step 3

    Season the salad with salt and pepper and dress it with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
