Serve the king prawns with a lemon slice and a few drops of spicy sauce. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
KING PRAWNS IN WHITE WINE AND PISTACHIOS
- 6 king prawns
- 1/2 lemon
- 100gr Borges Pistachios
- Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- Ground pepper
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
Step by step
Peel and clean the king prawns and dress them with lemon juice. Crush the pistachios, wash and drain them. Heat up some olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add some pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Add in the king prawns, pour in the wine and cook them until they turn red (7 min. approx.) Add the pistachios, salt and chopped parsley and cook for another minute.
