Korean Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 500 g carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne powder
- 2 tablespoons Borges white vinegar
- 50 ml Borges Character Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Picual

Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips, julienne style, using a grater or a sharp knife.

Place the carrots in a large glass jar with a lid and add the finely chopped garlic, salt, cayenne powder, and white vinegar.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan and carefully pour it over the garlic and spice mixture to enhance the flavors.
