Lentil Soup
Ingredients
- 300 g lentils
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 30 ml Borges red wine vinegar
- 30 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add the julienned onion, chopped garlic and thinly sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
