  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 liter vegetable stock

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add the julienned onion, chopped garlic and thinly sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
