Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
Squeeze the 3 limes and add the zest of half a lime to the juice. Add 25 g sugar and blend. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the flour, melted butter, yogurt, the rest of the sugar, the beaten eggs, the baking powder and the Borges Natura walnut drink. Mix together thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a round cake tin greased with olive oil. Bake for 1 hour at 160 ºC.
For the final touch, prepare the frosting with the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add 2 grated limes. Cover the whole cake with this mixture, and finish with lime wedges on top.
