Boil the whole, unpeeled potatoes until soft. Peel while still hot and mash with a fork.
Mashed potatoes with Parmesan cheese
- 400 g potatoes
- 100 ml Borges Nature walnut drink
- 15 g butter
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Step by step
Add the mashed potato to a pan over a low heat and gradually add some hot walnut drink, stirring all the while to make a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Take off the heat and add the butter and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to bind all the flavours together.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped nuts on top.
