Mediterranean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 150 g pitted black olives
- 100 g feta
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Borges red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few leaves of fresh basil
Step by step

Step 1
Slice the peppers and olives into very small pieces and mix them with the crumbled feta, chopped garlic and lemon juice.

Step 2
Add the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix until perfectly blended. Add more salt, pepper or vinegar to taste, if need be.

Serve with bread, pita, nachos or your favorite dipping food.
