Ingredients
- 320 g mixed leaves
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 60 g olives
- 100 g vegan cheese in cubes
For the vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp Borges vinegar
- 6 tbsp Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- A pinch of oregano
- Salt and pepper
