MIXED SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 lettuce
- 100gr lamb’s lettuce
- 2 carrots, grated
- 200gr cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 boiled eggs
- 200gr assorted cheese, diced
- 200gr ham, diced
- 1 jar of boiled chickpeas
- Borges Walnuts
- Borges Modena Balsamic Vinegar
- Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt

Wash and cup the lettuce into strips. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and grate the carrots. Dice the peppers, ham and cheese. Place everything in a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes, walnuts chopped in quarters and drained chickpeas. Cut boiled eggs in segments and arrange them in a decorative way around the dish. Make a vinaigrette dressing and add it to the salad just a moment before eating. In the summer it is recommendable to store the salad (previous to dressing with vinaigrette) in the fridge before serving.
