  • 1 lettuce
  • 100gr lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 200gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 200gr assorted cheese, diced
  • 200gr ham, diced
  • 1 jar of boiled chickpeas
  • Borges Walnuts
  • Borges Modena Balsamic Vinegar
  • Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients to get a fusion of vivid colours or arrange each ingredient in separate circles according to their colours.

  2. Step 2

    Wash and cup the lettuce into strips. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and grate the carrots. Dice the peppers, ham and cheese. Place everything in a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes, walnuts chopped in quarters and drained chickpeas. Cut boiled eggs in segments and arrange them in a decorative way around the dish. Make a vinaigrette dressing and add it to the salad just a moment before eating. In the summer it is recommendable to store the salad (previous to dressing with vinaigrette) in the fridge before serving.
