Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Add some soy sprouts and salt and mix. Toss in some chopped walnuts and whole raisins. In a small bowl or glass mix thoroughly some olive oil with Modena vinegar. Arrange the salad on a dish and add the olive oil and Modena vinegar dressing just a while before serving to get the desired acidity all over the salad.
This is a very tasty and healthy salad mainly due to the walnuts, which are good for cholesterol.
