Paneer Wrap
Ingredients
- Paneer, sliced
- Whole wheat wraps
- Vegetables: chopped cabbage, onions, capsicum, bell peppers, carrots
- Sauces: Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, shezwan chilli garlic sauce
- Spices: Turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, tandoori masala, oregano, chili flakes
- Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Borges balsamic vinegar
- Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil
Step by step

Step 1
Combine paneer slices, 1 spoon of Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil, green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Kasuri methi, spices, and 1 tbsp vinegar in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat the Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil and cook the marinated paneer until golden on all sides.

In another pan, sauté vegetables. Stir in the three sauces along with oregano and chili flakes.

Warm the wraps in a pan. Layer cooked vegetables, paneer slices, and add cheese slices.

Fold the wraps and serve hot with your favorite dip.
