  • Paneer, sliced
  • Whole wheat wraps
  • Vegetables: chopped cabbage, onions, capsicum, bell peppers, carrots
  • Sauces: Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, shezwan chilli garlic sauce
  • Spices: Turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, tandoori masala, oregano, chili flakes
  • Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Borges balsamic vinegar
  • Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Combine paneer slices, 1 spoon of Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil, green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Kasuri methi, spices, and 1 tbsp vinegar in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.

    In another pan, sauté vegetables. Stir in the three sauces along with oregano and chili flakes.

    Warm the wraps in a pan. Layer cooked vegetables, paneer slices, and add cheese slices.

    Fold the wraps and serve hot with your favorite dip.
