Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
Pasta with garlic chicken
- 360 g Borges penne
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 6 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g grated Parmesan cheese.
- Salt and pepper.
Step by step
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Combine the olive oil with the juice of half the lemon and add the chicken. Let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Cook the chicken in a deep frying pan in a little extra-virgin olive oil until it is golden brown.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and heat everything together for a few minutes until the flavors meld.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
