Cold Pasta Salad

Prepare this cold pasta recipe, delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 350 g fusilli
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • A few leaves of fresh basil

For the vinaigrette

  • 80 ml Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 25 ml Borges Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the eggs into wedges, the tomatoes into halves, the salmon into strips, and the avocado into slices. Add all these ingredients to the pasta.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing all the ingredients fully with olive oil and vinegar. Pour it over the pasta and serve very cold, garnished with a few fresh basil leaves.
