Peach and Burrata Salad

Ingredients
- 2 firm, ripe peaches
- A handful of arugula or baby greens
- 1 large burrata
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves
- A handful of chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Borges Modena Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step by step

Step 1
Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges. You can also sear them in a pan or grill them until lightly browned.

Lay a bed of arugula or baby greens on a large plate and arrange the peach wedges on top.

Place the burrata at the center of the salad.

Add the basil leaves and some chopped walnuts.

For the vinaigrette, mix the extra virgin olive oil with the modena balsamic vinegar and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad little by little, so that it is distributed evenly.
