In a large bowl, beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add the oregano and half the mozzarella. Add the milk, tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil and stir until all the ingredients are fully mixed. You can add more or less milk to adjust the thickness of the sauce, which will largely depend on the size of the eggs and the consistency of the tomato sauce you use.

- 400 g cooked Borges spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper and oregano
- 300 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 150 ml whole milk
- 250 g tomato sauce
- 1 large tomato
- 100 g Borges black sliced olives
- A few leaves of fresh basil
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil

Add the spaghetti to the egg mixture. Stir well and transfer the ingredients to a baking sheet. Spread to form a very thin layer, like a round of pizza dough.

Top with the remaining mozzarella, a few tomato slices and the sliced olives. Bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
