  • For the drink
  • 30 g fo pumpkin
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 450 ml Borges Natura walnut drink
  • 70 ml freshly made espresso coffee
  • Sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • For the topping
  • Whipped cream (as little or as much as you like)
  • Ground cinnamon

    Enjoy this hit autumn drink from the comfort of your own home!

    Chop up the pumpkin flesh and bake in the oven until soft (you could also boil or microwave it).

    Mix the pumpkin puree and spices (and the optional sugar or sweetener) in a bowl. Add the walnut drink and warm the mixture in a saucepan, stirring all the while and taking care not to let it boil.

    Turn off the heat and stir in the freshly made coffee. Using a strainer, pour the pumpkin spice latte into two cups.

    Top off with whipped cream and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
