Green bean salad served in a tray with vinaigrette


  • 600 g bobby beans
  • 1 spring onion
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 5 radishes
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 80 g walnuts Borges
  • Vinaigrette:
  • Extra-virgin olive oil Borges
  • A teaspoonful of honey
  • Half of a lemon
  • Mustard

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash the green beans and steam until they are cooked al dente.

    Throw into a bowl and add the sliced spring onion and radishes, chunks of smoked salmon and, finally, the walnuts and slightly crumbled feta cheese.

    Dress with a vinaigrette made with extra-virgin olive oil, a teaspoonful of honey, a few drops of lemon and a pinch of mustard.
