Rajma Sabzi
Ingredients
- 2-3 tomatoes, puree
- 1-2 onions, chopped.
- Chopped garlic and ginger
- Spices: Salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander, rajma masala, garam masala
- 1 bowl of kidney beans, soaked overnight
- Borges Super Blend of 20% Extra virgin & Sunflower oil
- Few chopped green chilies.
- Coriander leaves
Step by step

Step 1
Place-soaked kidney beans in a pressure cooker and cook until it whistles 7-8 times.

In a pan, heat the Sunflower and Extra Virgin olive oil and sauté cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until onions turn golden brown.

Add all spices and tomato puree. Cook until oil separates from the mixture and add to the beans in the cooker. Cook briefly if needed. Stir in garam masala and add coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Rice or Chapatis
