Rice pudding with cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of Borges Natura walnut drink
  • 100 g rice
  • 40 g peeled and chopped Borges walnuts
  • 100 g sugar
  • One cinnamon stick
  • Powdered cinnamon
  • Lemon zest

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Heat the walnut drink with the cinnamon stick, sugar, lemon zest and walnuts over medium heat. When it starts to boil, remove the cinnamon and lemon and add the rice.

    Cook the rice, stirring constantly, until it becomes creamy.

    Let it cool in the refrigerator and serve in individual bowls with a touch of cinnamon as a topping.
