Boil the pasta and drain it. Chop the garlic, onions and peppers and fry them. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
Place the fried corn in a bowl, cover it with olive oil and grind it with a blender.
Toast the peanuts and almonds in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, add the pasta and chopped garlic. Fry it gently and mix it with the fried corn.
Pour some tomato sauce on a dish and place the pasta on top. Season and ready to serve!
