Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Smoked Salmon Pasta
- 400 g Borges farfalle
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 onion
- 1 glass white wine
- 400 ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- Borges extra-virgin olive oil
Step by step
Sauté the onion in a deep frying pan with extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the salmon and cook it with the onion for a few minutes. Pour in the wine and cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the heavy cream and cook everything together. Add the farfalle to the pan and stir well. Add salt to taste and, if you wish, garnish with a few basil leaves or chopped parsley.
