- 13 oz Borges spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 2 small carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 pork bouillon cubes

- 2 cups tomato puree (passata di pomodoro)
- 2 tsp dry white wine
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese

Add the garlic and ground meat and cook well over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
