Spaghetti with garlic and olive oil


  • 360 g Borges spaghetti
  • 50 ml Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chili (optional)
  • 80 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • A sprig of fresh parsley

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the spaghetti until it is al dente, following the manufacturer’s instructions. 

  2. Step 2

    In a deep frying pan, sauté the chili pepper and the sliced garlic in Harmony extra-virgin olive oil. 

  3. Step 3

    Remove the garlic and chili, and add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the oil. Stir until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

  4. Step 4

    Remove the spaghetti from the pan and add the chopped fresh parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. If you like, add a drizzle of raw Harmony extra-virgin olive oil.
