The sexiest pasta dish for Valentine’s Day
Spaghetti with prawns and lime
- * 200 g Borges spaghetti
- * 14 large prawns (frozen)
- * 20 g Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- * 100 ml single cream (we can also replace it with Borges vegetable drinks)
- * 1 lime
- * Salt and pepper
- * A pinch of saffron
Step by step
Wash the lime, grate the zest and put by. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and put by.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water as indicated on the packet. Fry the prawns in a frying pan with the extra-virgin olive oil and pinch of saffron for about 2 minutes. Add the lime zest and salt and pepper to taste. Stir for a minute and then add the single cream and lime juice. Gently mix all the ingredients together and cook for a further 5 minutes over a low heat.
Strain the pasta and serve on individual plates. Add the prawns and sauce on top.
