Toss the clams, mussels and spaghetti into the oil and sprinkle with fried garlic slices.
SPAGHETTI WITH SEAFOOD
- 500gr de spaghetti
- 400 gr clams
- 400 gr mussels
- Borges Fruity Olive Oil
Step by step
Bring water to boil with a pinch of salt. Add the clams until they open and remove them. Do the same with the mussels. In a deep frying pan, fry the garlic until golden and remove. Boil the pasta according to the instructions in the pack.
Add some finely chopped parsley and Borges Fruity olive oil. This variety of oil has organoleptic properties due to its low acidity degree. This olive oil can be used raw or for cooking. Clams and mussels add a very Mediterranean sea touch to this recipe.
