Clean and trim the artichokes. Steam them for 20 minutes.
- 8 medium artichokes
- 350 g blue cheese
- 100 g chopped walnuts
- 100 g sliced Iberian ham
- 200 ml Borges classic olive oil
Step by step
Crumble the cheese into a bowl and mix it with the walnuts and the ham. Stir.
Stuff the artichokes, sprinkle them with extra-virgin olive oil and bake them for 15 minutes at 200 ºC.
