Ingredients
- 1 bowl of Semolina
- Nuts – almonds, cashews, raisins and grated coconut
- Sugar 1 bowl
- 3 bowls of Water (same size of Semolina bowl)
- ½ bowl of Borges Sunflower and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1
In a separate pan add a small amount of the Borges Sunflower and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lightly fry almonds, cashews, and coconut. Set aside the raisins and some nuts for garnish.

Add semolina to the same pan and sauté until golden. Add water, then sugar, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until thick. Mix in the sautéed nuts and raisins.

Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with reserved nuts and serve hot.
