Sumer salad served with Borges extra virgin olive oil


  • 130 g mixed lettuce
  • 60 g Borges walnuts
  • Handful of Borges black olives
  • 4 radishes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ spring onion
  • 80 ml Boregs extra-virgin olive oil
  • A little lime juice
  • 1 soupspoonful of Borges white wine vinegar

    Original, sophisticated and packed with nutrients, this salad makes the perfect lunch to beat the heat!

  2. Step 2

    Put the mixed lettuce, half the walnuts, the olives, the crumbled feta cheese and the sliced radishes and spring onion in a bowl.

    To make the vinaigrette, crush the remaining walnuts and mix with the extra-virgin olive oil, lime juice and white wine vinegar. Add salt if necessary and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.
