Original, sophisticated and packed with nutrients, this salad makes the perfect lunch to beat the heat!
- 130 g mixed lettuce
- 60 g Borges walnuts
- Handful of Borges black olives
- 4 radishes
- 100 g feta cheese
- ½ spring onion
- 80 ml Boregs extra-virgin olive oil
- A little lime juice
- 1 soupspoonful of Borges white wine vinegar
Step by step
Put the mixed lettuce, half the walnuts, the olives, the crumbled feta cheese and the sliced radishes and spring onion in a bowl.
To make the vinaigrette, crush the remaining walnuts and mix with the extra-virgin olive oil, lime juice and white wine vinegar. Add salt if necessary and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.
