Tasty and nutritious pasta salad in a flash


  • 320 g Borges farfalle
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 60 g sweet corn
  • 80 g diced feta
  • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil

For the vinaigrette:

  • 60 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Set it in the fridge until it cools.

  2. Step 2

    Add the diced tomatoes and the avocado, also diced. Mix in the corn, feta and tuna.

  3. Step 3

    For the vinaigrette, mix the extra-virgin olive oil with the apple cider vinegar, the lemon juice and the Dijon mustard.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and serve very cold.
