Triple chocolate cake recipe


  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 6 tbsp Borges Natura walnut drink
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • A little Borges light olive oil

Step by step

    One mouthful and you’ll be in chocoholic heaven.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 150 ºC.

    Mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder and melted butter and stir well. Stir in the Borges Natura walnut drink, then divide the mixture into three parts, each in a separate bowl, and set aside.

    Melt each of the three kinds of chocolate separately in small bowls in the microwave.

    Mix each third of the cake mixture with a different melted chocolate and stir well.

    Grease a rectangular cake tin with Borges light olive oil and pour in the three cake mixtures: first the dark chocolate mixture, then a layer of the white chocolate mixture and finally a layer of the milk chocolate mixture.

    Bake for 1 hour at 150 ºC. Leave to cool before serving.
