Mix the eggs, walnut drink and salt together in a bowl. Slowly add the flour, stirring all the while to make sure it doesn’t turn lumpy (a whisk, blender or food mixer will be of great help). Once you’ve got a smooth, lump-free batter, add the baking powder and you’re ready to start making pancakes.
At this point, it’s up to you how to use the chocolate drops: you can sprinkle them on at the end or add them to the batter now and let them melt while making the pancake. Or both!
Let’s add half the triple-chocolate drops to the batter. Grease a frying pan with a little butter and add a small amount of batter to form the first pancake, giving it about 1 minute per side. Repeat.
As soon as each pancake is ready, sprinkle it with chocolate drops, ground almonds and honey and add it to the pile. They won’t last long…
