Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g tuna in water, well drained
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 70 g black olives
- 100 g greens (lettuce, arugula or spinach)
- 50 g feta
- 3 tablespoons Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, diced cucumber, sliced black olives, and greens. Finally, add the crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil with the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until emulsified.
