Borges chocolate cake - brownie


  • 300 g flour
  • 300 ml veggie milk
  • 70 g cocoa
  • 1½ teaspoonfuls of baking powder
  • 140 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of apple balsamic glaze
  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, apple balsamic glaze and veggie milk. Mix together with a fork until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture. Use a blender if necessary.

    Preheat the oven to 170 °C, with top and bottom heat. Turn the mixture into a suitable tin and bake for about 50 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, use this simple trick to make sure it’s ready. ( en-su- punto/)
