  • For the dough:
  • * 200 g of flour
  • * 100 ml water
  • * 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • * 1 tablespoon of leavening
  • * Salt
  • For the stuffing:
  • * 200 g Pumpkin
  • * 200 g of green beans
  • * 100 g of mozzarella
  • * Oregano
  • * Parsley
  • * salt

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    1. Heat the water in the microwave, mix it with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and dissolve the leavening inside.
    2. Put the flour in a bowl and add the mix. Knead until we get a smooth paste with no lumps, which does not stick to our hands.
    3. Make a ball and let rest in a cool place and covered with a cloth.
    4. Cut the pumpkin and the green beans. Chop the parsley. Boil the vegetables in the microwave a couple of minutes.
    5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Put it in a tray protected with baking paper. We’ll put the vegetables in the middle of the dough, and add the sliced mozzarella.
    6. To close it, roll up the dough over itself and press the edges to close the calzone.
    7. Paint with beaten egg.
