The easiest and tastiest veggie burger!
- 200 g cooked rice
- 100 g cooked spinach
- A handful of peeled walnuts and a handful of hazelnuts
- A clove of garlic
- A spring onion
- Soy sauce
- Bread crumbs
- Borges extra virgin olive oil
Step by step
Mix the spinach with the chopped spring onion, the chopped garlic clove and the chopped nuts. Add the rice and continue mixing. To get a tasty mixture, add some oregano and soy sauce.
Finally, we incorporate the breadcrumbs, little by little, until we observe that the dough has the desired consistency, that is, thick enough so that it does not fall apart when frying. To add juiciness, we can add an egg.
Finally, we shape it into a hamburger and fry it with a drizzle of oil.
